What is Pound?

POUND® combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming. POUND® incorporates lightly weighted exercise drumsticks and choreography based on a series of four positions with endless techniques, cadences and advanced variations. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
